So there are two kinds of readers out there -readers who love to reread books, and readers who don't. Guess which one I fall into? (Psst. It's the latter.)
Every time I see a status that goes along the lines of "can't wait to reread [insert book that you loved]!!" , I immediately start questioning myself about my inconsistency of rereading books. The main reason why I don't really reread books is because, duuuude. I have a TBR list to complete.
And although I am aware that getting to the bottom of my TBR list is going to take FOREVER, I still don't like to subject myself to reread. Maybe in the future, when I have made at least a dent in my TBR list, will I consider rereading more books that I love. There are shelves and shelves of books out there waiting for me to read them, and I am of the mind that I should read as much as I can so I can find more books that I love.
Why do people reread? From what I managed to gather, it's because that they loved the book and want to reconcile their feelings for the book by rereading it. Any other reason to reread would seem particularly odd and baffling. What I mean is, I totally understand when people want to reread their books again and again, but if there are any other reasons why people like to reread, please feel free to tell me in the comments. Maybe for a review? To devour every information that helps in unraveling the plot? Or perhaps you felt that you missed something?

Rereading doesn't work that well for me, but who knows? Perhaps I'll be rereading my heart out in the future! Tell me what you think of rereading and if best, do include your experience on rereading!
