The Maze Runner by James Dashner: It's funny, as I have The Maze Runner and most of the books in this series sitting on my bookshelf but still I say that I feel hesitant about reading this series. One day or another, I am going to make myself to sit down with The Maze Runner (not a good idea) but the day will come. The reason why I have the books but didn't read it is because a few too many readers have grumbled about this book, saying that it was tedious and such. However, I thought since it was going to be made into a movie, I'd try to read the books first. Luckily for me, I spotted the books at a book fair for an unreasonably low price, and got them for myself, thinking I'd read them soon. Guess I never did.
The Demon's Lexicon by Sarah Rees Brennan: This was also gotten at a book fair for a low price. The Demon's Lexicon is said to be engaging, however for some reason I didn't really feel like getting around to it because I had a load of other unread books that looked more appealing at the moment.
