Hello, everyone! Today I am back with a beautiful book to show all of you -and when I say beautiful, I mean gorgeous. Dark. Intriguing. Oh, the number of adjectives I could use to describe this beauty of a cover that I am sharing with you. But first, lets take a look at what the lovely Emma Jones has to say:
Hi my name is Emma and I have always loved books. About 8 years ago I started dabbling with writing and got hooked. I decided to self publish after some serious self issues in my family and I though why not? Life really is too short. The Awakening was self published December 2013 and I've learnt a lot from the experience. The Reckoning (the sequel) has been brilliant to write as I've learnt so much about my characters and literally sometimes couldn't sleep as a storyline or conversation jumped into my head. I hope you enjoy the book as much as I did writing it. Expected publication date is November 2014 but for now here is my amazing cover. Let me know what you think and feel free to add to your Goodreads TBR list. Thank you so much. XXX |

As Lauren wakes after her 21st party she's not sure if she's hungover or dreaming but then she remembers.
The necklace. The flashback. The bond. Daniel.
The consequences are great & details unknown. After a visit to the vampire council things settle down until vivid worrying dreams start to disrupt Lauren's sleep & life.
The national news is filled with big cat killings but Lauren knows the truth & is being dragged into dark souls & black magic. Someone dangerous is getting into her head & her involvement with the council tests her relationships.
How will Lauren cope? Is there a happy ending? Will blood be shed?

Sound interesting enough? Yes? Awesomesauce! No? That's okay, because the cover alone will convince you to buy the book and read it.

I'm a total sucker for amazing illustrations on book covers. This one, I think, could've been in the top twenty of my list.
