Over the past few days in the Bout of Books 11.0 read-a-thon, I participated in 3 challenges-
All of the challenges that I took part in were a lot of fun, so today here's another challenge hosted by Kimberly Faye Reads, and it's called...
Spell It Out Challenge!
The rules for this challenge:
- Use the first letter in any book you’ve read or want to read to spell out a word. You can choose first name, initials, your birthday month, or your zodiac sign.
- Take a photo, make a graphic or even a list and share your word on your blog, Facebook, Twitter or Goodreads.
- Submit a link to your post in the linky below! You’ll get an extra FIVE entries in the Rafflecopter international giveaway for an eBook of your choice (Amazon or B&N, up to $10 USD) for participating in this challenge. You MUST be participating in Bout of Books 11.0 to be eligible to win the giveaway, but you can always post your answer in the comments just for fun if you aren’t a participant.
- If you tweet about this challenge, don’t forget to mention me, @kimberlyreads, and use the #boutofbooks hashtag.

My word:
The word I picked is PERUSE! Y'know...Perusing Bookshelves? Geddit?
When I first read the rules, I was like, "Yeah...I could spell my blog name!" and spent no time hurrying over to my bookshelves to find the words. My bookshelves were kind of destroyed in the process BUT it was worth it, as I had a lot of fun!

The books I used:
Paper Towns by John Green for the P,
Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell by the E,
Reboot by Amy Tintera for R,
United We Spy by Ally Condie for U,
Spirit Bound by Richelle Mead for the S,
And lastly, another E, for which I used Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer!

Surprisingly, the Twilight saga was a lot of help to me in this challenge! Originally, I wanted to spell the word 'Perusing', but to my dismay I couldn't find a G! (Any good books starting with G out there, anyone?) Therefore, I changed the word to 'Peruse', while noticing that I'd used two out of the four books in the Twilight saga -New Moon was for the N in 'Perusing'!
This was fun! Here's to another day of good books and entertaining challenges in the Bout of Books 11.0 read-a-thon! Happy reading, guys!
