Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted at The Broke and the Bookish! On every Tuesday, they will pick a random topic and choose top ten things to go with it! Tell me your thoughts for the top ten things I chose in the comments! |
2. No one's bringing me to the one and only local bookstore within an hour away from my house that really is of use to me.
Top Ten Books I Really Want To Read But Doesn't Own Yet

2. Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor Daughter of Smoke and Bone was also featured in my last Top Ten Tuesday post. I think. I've read enough glowing, five-star reviews and received enough recs to know that this book will totally blow my socks off. |
4. If I Stay by Gayle Forman This book has been bordering on the edge of my subconscious for so long -I'd see it in bookstores occasionally and it was also mentioned enough on book blogs that I was aware of its presence. BUT just in the past few weeks did it surface to my list of books that I absolutely needed to buy and read as a lot of readers have been recommending this book. There's also the book before movie rule, a rule that I don't always adhere to but applies to If I Stay. |
6. The Revenge of Seven by Pittacus Lore I've always been a fan of the I Am Number Four series since book one in the series that was recommended by my brother. The plot is really engaging and I'm not really a sucker for sci-fi (usually I just avoid it) but this series drew me in. Although the past one or two books in this series have been mediocre, I'm willing to stick around to find out what happens. |
10. The Blood of Olympus by Rick Riordan Since I've already broken the rules, I figured, might as well tell you about this book! I never told you guys (did I?) that Rick Riordan has always been one of my favourite authors as his books introduced me to the great world of fantasy, and it goes without saying that Percy, Annabeth and the others will always have a place in my heart. Blood of Olympus is the fifth and final book in the Heroes of Olympus series, and I cannot. Wait. It's going to be epic. |
